yes, I put a replacement coil on and it still has a miss. It doesn't miss all the time, it seems like it's during start up and around 55 to 60 mph, but it will miss all of the time ocasionally.
There are 7 more possibilities that it's an ignition misfire due to coil problem!! Either have it tested with a pro scanner with live data and viewing cylinder contribution OR replace ALL coils! Then it's possible it's an injector!! So it's best to get it tested!!!
