Transmission hunting between 50-65 MPH in overdrive climbing hills

That sounds like normal operation when driving on hilly terrain with OD on! .. IF there were a problem with the transmission, it should do it all the time .. That can be scan tested to confirm.

Depending on how steep the grade is, this does sound normal. Perhaps you should just shift out of overdrive on a hill that steep. Your owner's manual will likely advise.
