My Ford f150 2003 doesn't run. The flasher,the wiper,the radio,the lights and when I start the car the shifter block. Help please!!!

Have been looking at some wiring diagrams, and not all the components share a common ground, and not a common power. Most of the listed share a ground in the right front footwell, the others are grounded at the engine, or engine compartment. Without testing it myself all I can do is give some information.
