Now you can do as I'm telling you to or just take it to a repair shop and get it fixed!!!! I will give you the part # for the failed sensor that is causing this problem.. What you do with it is up to YOU!!...ABS Differential Sensor $ 17.99 /ea Part Number: *530000*. Product Line: NAPA Ultra Premium Brake Parts Located at the top of rear differential, one bolt and a wire connector!! .. This sensor sends the odometer it's signal.. Without that input.. Trans is confused!!!!... There you go..!.. At least have the courtesy to leave a reply to acknowledge you checked back on your question!!!!
I changed the ABS differential sensor and still doesn't work.
Next step is transmission scan test.. I don't mean a code reader, a real scan test!!.. Live data screen can be viewed while vehicle is test driven... That sensor fixes 99% of em so I wish you good luck with this repair!!.. Check wiring and connector to that sensor!
