What is your question?
Coolant is leaking at an odd place. Liquid is getting into the area for the spark plug and staurating the spark plug sleeve. Thus causing it to misfire. I am wondering if I have an intake manifold crack and it is causing the leak. What do you think the price should be for aq intake manifold replacement. If I get a replacement is there anything else I should have replaced while the engine is torn down. It is for my f150 and it has been really good to me and I would like to get more out of her. What do you think

Labor guide time to replace the manifold/gasket is about 5 hours. The manifold and gaskets from Ford is about $400 but I think they are available aftermarket from Dormin or other sources. Have the cooling system pressurized to confirm where the leak is actually coming from.
Pressure test cooling first and foremost. Possible manifold but also possible housing assy. Most repair businesses are going to charge 4.5-5.5 hours of laobor if a manifold. The parts are roughly 412.00.
are you sure it is coolant and not wiper fluid?i read somewhere,i think on ford forums that someone was having an issue something like you are and it turned out to be the washer fluid hose that is under hood had a hole or crack in the hose and would only leak when the windshield washer fluid was pumping thru the hose to wash the windshield, and leaking into spark plug wells and causing it to misfire.i think they said cyl. number 5 or 6 or maybe both,i cant remember.i do remember they said they almost gave up,but had hood up one day and got someone to turn on wiper washer, and thats when they saw it leaking.cylinders 5,6,7,8 are on the drivers side, maybe worth a look.
