About the replacement of plugs and coils on 2000 F150 4.6 V8

What is your question?

After installing all 8 new Motorcraft spark plugs with a gap of .045 and coils my truck still runs rough sometime. What is happing did I miss something? It didn't run rough before I did the replacement of plugs and coils. Do I need to change out my fuel injectors?

How is it possible for us to know what the problem is without the required *hands-on* testing / evaluation ? The only suggestion here is re-check your work - hopefully you also installed Motorcraft coils as well. A scan test with cylinder contribution would be first step in diagnosis.
