you can't!you would have to replace the whole switch assembly,multifunction switch Part Number: SW2857.$83.99.it's the arm on the left.turn,hazard, headlight dimmer,wipers,washer if you are sure it's not the washer pump or just the nozzles clogged up,where it sprays from the hood.
