1998 Ford f150 4.6£ Back fires on start up rough idle have to give it throttle or it will die intermittently back firing Changed the IAT sensor Mass air flow sensor Camshaft sensor Crankshaft sensor installed new plugs still has the same problem What could be the problem?

How long has your 1998 Ford F-150 had this problem?
Had to have new keys made and programmed that's when it started

check for code and fuel pressure test also stress the fuel pump by pinching the fuel return line for a second . The fuel pressure should be double normal pressure 55psi.
Probably find YouTube video showing how - - Inadequate fuel pressure MAY be culprit. ⚠️ Easy to place plug wires in the WRONG firing order ⚠️ Google > 98 4.6 firing order. ♦️Don’t forget about the 2 ignition coil packs.!♦️ Hopefully you at least had codes read prior to parts replacement. Good luck!
