When I pull off the #7 wire connected to the injector it makes no difference.

Here are some possibilities: Spark plug...spark plug wire .. ignition coil...injector/circuit...vacuum leak...low compression.

From the limited info provided, did you expect anything else 'online'? The only thing that's known is it seems to have a misfire on cyl 7... There is no way anyone can tell you exactly what the problem is without hands-on testing!.. Does that plug wire produce spark?.. Have you checked compression? Injector pulse been tested?.. Any trouble codes present?.. There is no magic button to push...
