still high till I stop then will drop to norm. new fuel pump, filter, I.A.C.,T.P.S. no codes automatic trans could it be speed sensor on trans?

All we can do here is guess .. Here's mine; vacuum leak... Sticking throttle/linkage ... Incorrect base idle setting... What is TPS voltage and throttle % at idle? .. Have to have that info before can help further!
You have what is call coking/carboning of the throttle plates. Disconnect tube to it and look up inside the throttle housing and you will see all kinds of black goo - Goo must leave. Any kind of throttle body cleaner/carb cleaner should do the trick. Hold throttle plate open with linkages and clean it all out. After that start it up and let the engine burn all the cleaner out of the engine. Last step disconnect battery for about 10 minutes then reconnect as this is probably the best way to relearn base idle as I am sure you do not have the proper tools to do it electronically - Good Luck
