my brake caliper is grinding on the rim

What is your question?

the front drivers side caliper is grinding a gouge into my rim when i stop the caliper is installed correctly and doesnt shift or do anything it shouldnt i did try replacing it just in case but that doesnt seem to have solved the problem i also checked the bolt holes on the wheels to make sure they werent ovaled or anything not sure what else to do

What makes this problem better or worse?
