What is your question?
Replaced exhaust manifold on passenger side now truck seems like its missing upon acceleration. Changed O2 sensor and checked all plugs and wires. Did not do this before changing manifold.

I experienced this once. I had to disconnect my battery and leave it alone while I had a cup of coffee. This allowed the computer to reset correcting problem.
Replaced and checked wires and plugs. It misses only when accelerating at a steady speed, if I give it more gas it seems to clear itself out. Just getting frustrated as to what is causing it. Thanks for your advice.
Look around... Possible vacuum leak.... Got to be related to manifold swap!
Thank you so much for your advice... I would not have dug further add you not made your comments to ideas that could have caused it. I did finally figure it out and wanted to let you know just in case you ever came across this question again, I ended up replacing the back bolt on the exhaust manifold was threaded incorrectly and caused a small vacuum leak I am assuming. Crazy but no more problems.
Good deal.
