No manuals to show you ...best take it to shop that has does these. Not that hard of job...just no way to tell you how. Ford does not publish steering manual repair on those year trucks.

Removed column from vehicle , or just lowered it for better access? Did you remove the steering wheel , clock spring and combo switches before pulling the column? Might be able to help a little if we know more specifically what you have and have not done so far.
