If ignition spark is not a concern, there is a slight chance of having an issue with the PSOM - programmable speedometer / odometer module. Quiet obscure to be looking at, but I've seen it be the root cause personally. You did not mention which engine you have - so that also makes this more difficult.
i have a 5.0LEngine
if PSOM might b a long shot. can y tell me where the module is located. appreciate!

i found where the module is located. i’ll check it out .appreciate
Next time engine stalls / will not start - pull COIL WIRE from distributor cap and check for spark to a metal ground while helper cranks engine.. IF no spark - replace ignition module.. Ignition module failures are quite common and is # 1 suspect. This test can be done by only one person via using the under hood starter solenoid - however this particular bypass requires experience / knowledge of the correct procedure! Do not attempt this test if not completely familiar with correct procedures! Have a *helper crank engine* from drivers seat instead. Good luck!
i will get help from friend and will take advice ...appreciated
