1984 ford f150 5.0 fuel guage not working. what could be the problem?

poss the fuel tank sending unit. does the trk have dual tanks?

Probably needs a new fuel level sending unit.

The float in the tank is saturated and sinks ( replace the float) fixed mine that way.
