What is your question?
30k maintenance done yesterday, including advised fuel injection cleaning due to Ecoboost. Now car sputters unpredictably at all speeds. I drive interstate a lot, so this is unsafe. Prior to towing back in, it did stall twice while parking foir an appointment. Which told me i had a problem. Upon returning to go home, It sputtered few time before returning to the interstate. It continued and I called roadside assistance and took it to the dealer's service area that performed maintenance. Nothing found there, after tech drove it at varying speeds, but it did it on the way home and again when I had to pick up my child from school, there and back. I was told it could be bad gas, as computer found nothing. Could it be my driving style? Scared and confused!
What makes this problem better or worse?
Maybe upon acceleration

Fuel injection service is absolutely unnecessary! ... The concerns you have now pretty much confirms that.. Return to dealer for required repairs - insist they fix the problem with fuel delivery.
That service as well as others you will encounter is just an easy way for the facility to make more money ..... The owners manual is a great source of information related to *manufacturers* ‘recommended’ service procedures. You can take this advice to the bank!
