Clicking noise from dash

If you mean when starting and turning off the engine... Most likely heater door actuator ratcheting noise.. IF 'all' HVAC controls are turned OFF, still hear same noise when starting or stopping engine?.. Can remove cabin filter and check for any foreign debris in blower housing.

Could be something stuck in the blower motor.

Your blower motor may be going bad or the fan in it could have debris in it.
