What is your question?

whenever i go to pump fuel in my 2007 ford explorer xlt the fuel pump kicks off constantly and has to be readjusted before you can continue pumping which results with having to take 15-20 minutes out of my day to just fill it up halfway. Had this problem ever since we bought the car years ago and hasn't caused any other problems but makes pumping fuel a major pain

You'll need to have a scan test performed to determine what has failed concerning the tank venting circuit... EVAP system testing will also be required. Fuel tank is not venting internal pressures as fuel is being added - thus the reason the pump nozzle keeps cutting off.
