How to fix the problem on code po401

clean out the egr ports where the EGR valve bolts to the throttle body.it's clogged with carbon like you have never seen before.PO401 EGR INSUFF FLOW. i don't know if the 04 explorer is like this expedition or my 2000 F150 4.6L,don't know which engine you have? but in this video,this is how bad mine was,i bout flipped!! very common on the fords. copy and paste the link,watch the video.you have to dig it out,or drill it out,it's HARD.........................................................................................................................................
