Hello, i'm sorry to say that there are no codes to indicate "number 3 coil failure". As far as oxygen sensor rich fuel mixture and heater malfunction -- what testing have you performed? Replacing parts is not the answer. Troubleshooting is. Multiple things can influence fuel trim -- such as air influence as well as fuel delivery. For example, if you had a fuel injector in cylinder #3 that was wide open and dumping fuel, you'd get a bank 1 oxygen sensor running rich and a misfire cylinder 3 also. This still requires hands on testing, and that's just a hypothetical situation -- but keep in mind none of that suggested to waste your money on plugs, coils or oxygen sensors. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops Use that link to find shops near you who can offer hands on experienced diagnostic assistance to keep more of your money in your pocket instead of at parts stores.
