Why is everything on the dash suddenly without power and truck wont start?

This just happened one morning. My battery tested fine but I have no power in the truck and wont crank. Battery charging makes a buzzing sound under dash that changes or stops when I step on brake. I hear a faint intermittent clicking behind the fuse panel under the dash. What is going on??

you don;t charge a battery while it is still hooked up in these vehicles.you always unhook the battery to charge it!unhook neg. first then pos.when hooking back up,pos.first,neg. last!get the charger off the battery if still connected to vehicle!and check all your fuses.you may have got lucky,or maybe not!
