What is the reason these 4.0 v6 motors break timing chains . What's the main reason this happens cause I jus replaced motor6months ago and timing chains are slappn again please tell me what the deal is

need to make sure it is a over head cam engine and not an overhead valve engine as they are different and ford used both.
