When driving down the road door ajar sensor and light goes off constantly. Is there an easy fix to this? Something that I can do myself to temporarily disable it. Until I could take it to a repair shop.

So the WD-40 didn't work. And i cant pull the fuse as it runs other stuff also. So I'm guessing my next step is to pull the door panels and find the bad sensor.
Use this treatment for ALL DOORS - spray a BUNCH of WD-40 into latch mechanism - close / open door a few times - give it time to work.
The door ajar switch is inside the latch and is sticking - you’re trying to free up the switch with the WD.. Use as much as necessary!
To be quite honest I can’t recall this procedure not working for me - however I am sure it can’t be 100% ... I have fixed several over the years.
Thank you I will try that..
It’ll fix 95% or more of em! Post results later. Good luck!
