Hello, I would recommend you first check to see if your window lock is engaged on the driver's door. On some vehicles, if the window lock is engaged, it won't work at all -- even from the driver's door. If this is not engaged, you may have a problem with that master window switch on the driver's door. Have a properly trained technician check the switch for functionality and move forward from there.
