drivers controls are not working nor each door controls work on any doors so windows can go down or up.

The best advise I can give you is to visit a trusted and capable electrical specialist. We've seen more than a few Explorers with wiring related issue lately and we typically resolve them without the need to replace functioning components. Hello, I would recommend you first check to see if your window lock is engaged on the driver's door. On some vehicles, if the window lock is engaged, it won't work at all -- even from the driver's door. If this is not engaged, you may have a problem with that master window switch on the driver's door. Have a properly trained technician check the switch for functionality and move forward from there.
