What would cause the truck to shut off and all power going down road?

I turn key on to start and lights come on dash, and go to start and nothing? I put a new starter on and ignition module under steering column and nothing. What can I do or what is the problem? Plus it's an automatic and I can turn the flywheel by hand, is that normal or bad? What should I do, PLEASE!!!!
