Do you have a digital multi-meter for testing ?Double check every fuse you can find underhood and under dash! Do you have access to wiring diagrams and system description of operation? Circuit testing is the point you're at now. Need to know what is getting power/signal and where it stops. Also ground controlled circuits & any ground connections can be tested.
