where have you checked for power?have you checked the fuel pump fuse, the fuel pump relay,to the inertia switch,to the fuel pump connector?key has to be turned to on,to check for power.you will only see power for a second.
Checked all you decribed did not isolate no power even for a second
first trip the inertia switch.100% sure the fuel pump fuse has 12 volts?now, pull the fuel pump relay out of the socket.look at the bottom of the relay, and see where pin 30 is.insert a paper clip gently into pin 30 on the relay socket.check voltage on paper clip and a good ground with the test leads, should have battery voltage there.then if you do,bend paper clip to jump from pin (30) to pin (87),go to the inertia switch, check the green/yellow wire on inertia switch, pos lead in back of connector(insert another paper clip if needed)neg lead to a good ground.should have battery voltage on that wire.then push the red button down until it clicks,do the same test on the pink/blk wire on inertia switch, should have battery voltage, this is the wire going to the fuel pump.post findings.
