It worked fine that mornin and then suddenly didn't have reverse. All other gears works and I've been looking on the net and seems nobody knows anything there guessing
What makes this problem better or worse?

That is classic symptoms of *Low-Reverse* band failure - OR - failure within the band apply circuit .. Reverse is mechanically actuated .. It is not electronically controlled .. Therefore it is not possible to repair externally .. Transmission removal is required for rebuild OR replacement. IF the test results equal > NO engine braking when manually shifted into LOW gear > Transmission has internal failure > Transmission rebuild - OR - replacement is imminent > IF the vehicle is to be repaired.
