all 4 of my windows will not go down fuse is not blown the switch is good

FIRST,MAKE SURE THE WINDOW LOCK IS NOT ON!they wont go down using the master switch,or no switches are working on any door?if none of the switches are working,check fuses again,there are 2.one under the hood,in fuse box,fuse#4,30amp,and one under dash fuse box,fuse#26,10amp. and also check the relay.it may be marked as accessory relay.
