How do you remove the oil pump drive. I have removed the hold down bolt but I am unable to pull it out of the block

Spray the hell out of the base with *carb. cleaner*.. rotate it around then spray it some more .. May need to use Channel Lock Pliers ... Keep working it around and spraying until it is loose enough to lift out .. Carburetor cleaner plus moving it around, up & down will loosen it right up! ....... Might even jump out by itself!
