What is your question?
Truck hesitates to accelerate. Check engine light is on. When she hesitates, I let off the gas and slowly push the gas pedal down. There's no difference in response if I am gentle or kick it to the floor. No difference if the engine's cool or warm. I replaced the fuel filter which helped for less than a day. Had diagnostics run by certified technician.Codes P0153 & P0430 identified. P0153 listed as 02 Bank2. No manifold leak identified. Trans cooler/lines minimal leak. Truck failed emissions last year and I didn't have acceleration issues then. Another technician claimed the catalytic converter was clogged, he "flushed" it and it passed emissions. I also added a fuel additive in the tank as recommended by technician. They said it would clean the system for an older truck. My truck has 79,000 miles on it Was hardly driven by dealership before I bought it 2 years ago. Do I replace the O2 sensor or have them check something else?

Highly recommend concentrating on FUEL PRESSURE - - FUEL DELIVERY as next step.. Fuel pressure can be monitored during test drive to observe possible insufficient pressure readings. Good luck!
