What is your question?
This 1995 ford explorer sport 4x4 has been in our family for over 20 years wih out a problem. recently it has been sitting for about a year or two. Now when it is put into drive, second, or first, the engine dies. It doesnt matter if the engine is cold or hot. It will go into reverse with no problem. With the rear wheel suspended the trans will shift normally. But with tires on the ground, the engine dies, like as if you release the clutch on a manual trans. I suspect stickey valve body but i am not sure and need an second opinion.
What makes this problem better or worse?
only and if i can, i get it rolling i can get it to drive but if i have to come to a stop, it'll, die. it will always go into reverse with no problem
How long has your 1995 Ford Explorer had this problem?
