Swollen radiator hose and over heating

What is your question?

I replaced the thermostat and it ran fine for a few weeks now its over heating again and not wanting to stay running and loss of power 😡 do you think it sounds bad i know it's not great but its all i got right now

What makes this problem better or worse?

Warmer weather i guess would be what makes it worse

How long has your 1994 Ford Explorer had this problem?
