Elc fuel pump does not come on win I turn key 2 start jump relay no checks fuess Ok shut off switch ok all wires ok win I unplug the harness by the tank and run wire to battrey pump comes on

Not a painfully difficult diagnosis procedure - check for voltage on BOTH inertia switch wires as a helper cranks engine .. Must have battery power on both - post results for more details - IF desired.
