is it the 91 explorer or the 04 ranger?if the ranger,no spare key?if the ranger, is/was the key a transponder key or not?

you must have it towed to dealer for new key switch/keys,and then it will need scan tool with anti-theft security access for installation before it will start and run again.
"Take the Serial Number to the Dealer. They can provide a New key from Your Serial Number!" "You will likely need your title to prove it is your vehicle before they sell it to you though."
