Vacuum leak at rotted hose, intake gasket, etc. Dirty mass air flow sensor. Low fuel pressure. Lean misfire from engine - Ford is bad about setting misfire codes, they may not be present with lean codes. Recommend you take vehicle to a shop for proper diagnosis.
