Yes. I managed to jump the expedition and take it to Ford service. they asked me for the extra key. I left vehicle and both keys with Ford. Not sure how or if the first key may have lost code. Preliminary diagnosis by tech, Expedition is sending low voltage code and not reading the first key. Funny thing though, when the service writer checked the first key, the security system read the key every third or fourth try, and the vehicle would start. According to service writer the battery tested at 70% (maybe a little higher) and the alternator tested good.

Started with jump start ... Battery test @ 70% .... Suspect failing battery! .. Further testing required.
