If I fixed the issues the code reader said I have problems with why due they come back after cleared?

Ok,My code reader came up with 4 problems initially Po113,po102,p0022,& p0443!first I noticed mass air sensor unplugged so plugged it in then For p0022 which is intake camshaft position timing-over-retarded (bank 2).So I replaced that sensor & later bank 1 came up same so I replaced it as well & could see they were both no good & I also replaced each pigtails connectors for them too .So the other 2 had gone away but the other 2 continue to pop up right after I erase them from reader ,mass or volume airflow circut low input P0102 & P0022 the timing sensor one & it's bank 2 on it.So what is going on ?Oh and yes the vehicle dies run like crap when given gas consistent with poor timing issue.Please help🤔😭

How long has your 2009 Ford Expedition had this problem?

Not exactly sure cause I just bought it Tuesday
