When easing into a drive to park, it will start trembling and the engine sounds like it is rattling and then shut off. If you put it in park when it does and you give it gas then it will level out.
What makes this problem better or worse?
its worse when you are sitting in a drive thru with foot on the brake, when you put it in park and give it gas it levels out

Sounds like a throttle issue. This could be from a sticking throttle body, bad TPS, or vacuum leak. Could also be low fuel pressure. Many variables and a full inspection is needed to be sure. Use this link to find a good shop near you. https://repairpal.com/repair-shops Alex
