I thought about the battery but since it won't shift to neutral so I can push it out of the garage I can't jump it with the cables I have.
Riding lawn mower battery will work, just needs 12 volts to unlock the shifter .. Neighbors might gave a jumper 'box' you can borrow.
Borrowed a charger.... got it unlocked and started. Now I just need to get a new battery, even though it is only two years old. Thanks.
