What is your question?
when it runs it is always at 4000. for awhile when the lights would come on it would drop back down to 1800. but now it is always at 4000. the only time it is at 0 is when turned off.
where is the sensor located?
Don't know , but I do know that replacing it will PROBABLY not fix it according to your symptoms. Scanning it (live data) would be the most cost-effective way to get it fixed correctly.
That is correct. runs fine just the rmp messed up
would have to be tested , possible faulty signal/loose contact , or sensor , or tach itself is bad.
