Swap ALL componets from original engine to replacement engine necessary to make it run!.. Look at both... What's different?.. Make everything the same as it was..... IF it ran before this (?)... Unless you've damaged something else and engine IS compatible, that's gotta work!!.. Got ignition spark and fuel pressure?
