I have a 1999 Ford Expedition that will crank but not start

IF the inertia switch is found to be ok (not tripped to off position) reply for more information.

Inertia switch was found to not be tripped

Simple *TEST* using a 12 volt test light > *TEST* for battery voltage at the inertia switch wire connector (leaving it plugged up to the switch) as key is turned to on ... BOTH wires are supposed to have battery power for 2 seconds - can turn key off then back on to check the other of the two wires ..
