Radiator leak

What is your question?

is there somthing to put in the Radiator that can seal it up and if so how long would it take to seal it?

Barsleak or Alumiseal will seal it enough to get it to a shop for a proper repair as matte stated "your best bet is to have a quality repair performed"

Highly unlikely to solve your problem, if its severe, and I've never heard a professional recommend this kind of solution as anything but a desperation fix. Your best bet is to have a quality repair performed.
