What does it mean when my chech engine light blinks 20min then stays on

Means you have a misfiring cylinder and you should have the trouble codes read and post them on here for more help... Also tell us which engine it has...there are 2 options and 2 different ignition systems!.. I figure from your discription of the symptoms its the 5.4..
