1997 expedition starts 5 or 6 times then doesn't start but i can put a scredeiver on the solinoid and it start both solinoid and starter replaced

my 1997 ford Expedition starts fine 5 or 6 times. then key will turn everything on but won't start. Go under hood and use a screwdriver to touch bolts on solinoid and starts fine then runs 5 or 6 more times and does it again. Solinoid and starter have both replaced.
