I have a 2002 Ford 7.3 Excursion can't find the Horn relay location ?

What is your question?

Horn just stop working and did find a bad fuse and still not working I find it hard that the Low and high sound horn would just stop. Thank you for your time.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Horn relays rarely fail .. 'IF' all fuses have been TESTED .. Possible clock spring failure in steering column .. Are ALL other steering wheel mounted controls working ok? .. Is the 'air bag' light remaining on?

*IF applicable* - does the horn sound (chirp) when locking doors using remote?
