You can start by checking the coolant level when the engine is cold. If its full you may have an open thermostat or an issue with with a blend door flap. Alex
Seek hands-on testing from local auto repair facility .. At least you’re in a warmer climate! It’s 0°F - here in Virginia - so heat is very important!
