My rear tail lights and front running lights will not turn on along with dashboad

Got in the car let it warm up I was heading down the road felt a little surge on power pulled over noticed that my back tail lights were out front running lights side and front were out also and the dash wouldn't illuminate anymore. When I push on the brake the brake lights come on and the Cyclops works when I let off brake pedal it's dark and my front headlights work high and low. otherwise everything runs fine on the car.?????
