My Car had a bad alternator. I put a new one on. It started and then died. My battery cable looked like it had acid on it so I cleaned it.Battery tests good.

ECM, never disconnect the positive first on this car, always the negative, seems backwards, they should have put a big sign under the hood, negative terminal first or you will short out your ECM, or blow some fuses, whatever it decides.
